INDICATIONS:                                                                                        Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstruel symptoms and as a hormone normalised to help stabilise menstruel cycle irregularities as well as to help relieve symptomes associated with menopause, such as hot flushes.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:                                                                      Each capsule contains:                                                                          Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) (extract 4 :1).......250 mg                            (fruit) equivalent to 1 000 mg of dried fruits

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:                                                    Vegetal capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose, l-leucine (fermentation) 100% vegetal  (lubricant)

DOSAGE Adults                                                                                              Take 1-2 capsules daily.                                                                            Use for least 3 months to see beneficial effetcs
