Gamma Force offers you magnesium in bisglycinate and glycerophosphate magnesium form in association with taurine. Magnesium bisglycinate is also called magnesium glycinate however because it contains two glycine molecules attached to the magnesium molecule. It is more specifically named “bisglycinate” (bis = two). The bisglycinate form allows for a better absorption due to an increased solubility. Magnesium glycerophosphate is used in our formula for its very calming properties that are particularly suited to people with spasmophilia, because among magnesium salts, it is the most lipophilic form (soluble in fats). It is therefore very active in the nervous system. Spasmophilia is a set of signs combining spasms and a muscular hyperexcitability.

NON MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Taurine, vegetal capsule (hypromellose), l-leucine pharmaceutical grade 100% vegetal (lubricant)
DOSAGE for adults and adolescents from 9 to 18 years old:
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day.
KNOWN UNDESIRABLE REACTIONS:
Some people may suffer from diarrhea.
